This piece has balance, my favorite color scheme. A new technique on the background, by putting gesso, washing it out and taking some sand paper to it. The cirles I created almost double as frames for my subjects, on each side of my composition. still need to work more on not relying on found images (the two people) ...but I am getting there.
i really like this and watching it come together. The vintagy look of their clothes, and the way he is looking down at her brings it together
ReplyDeleteI really like the rings outside the people. It adds to the same motion that you see in the background. I also like the texture that you created in the background. It is very clear what the main focus is in this piece.
